Blacktown – House – 41 Clifton Street

Based on information from Claire Pfoeffer, her grandfather built 41 Clifton Street (including 47 & 49) c1900.
The land was originally part of the land grant of 30 Acres to John Wilks. This was one of a series of smaller 30 acre land grants along the Richmond Road / Blacktown Road between the town centres of Blacktown and Prospect, with the large Lethbridge Grant to the West, and the George Allen (Sunnyholt) Grant to the north.
