Toongabbie – Cottage – 1 Wendy Place

The house at 1 Wendy Place, land subdivided into farming allotments as the Toongabbie Estate – 1st subdivision in 1880s. This house was apparently occupied by early settlers Nall or Gillam. Built around 1895.
