| The cottage is likely to predate the Blacktown Estate subdivision but it not shown built in the 1893 subdivision map of the Estate. It is likely that it was built at this time or shortly after. It is possible that the cottage was owned by a railway worker similar to the owner of 4 Wallace Street. These cottages may have been matching cottages. |
