Mount Druitt – Colyton Public School

Earlier buildings, no longer in existence, were built in 1861, and 1864. The first school at Colyton opened in 1861 in Simpson Hill Road. In 1864 the school was transferred to another building. In 1883 the location of the school was moved to its present site. The Brick building off Alan Street is likely to be one of the early buildings from the relocated school. image
