| The house at 13 Station Road, a parcel of land comprising four allotments was transferred to Joseph Stopp, laborer of Erskineville in 1916. In August 1919, he mortgaged the land, possibly to erect to cottage. This cottage is visible on an aerial photo of March 1930. It remained in his hands until 1958. |  |
